Can a web site outside of the United States become an Affiliate?
Yes! We welcome websites from anywhere in the world. With worldwide access to nearly 70,000 hotels, we can provide any of our international affiliates with a competitive edge in any destination. All commissions will be paid by check in United States dollars. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any affiliate application.

How can I keep track of my sales?
We provide an advanced web accessible reporting tool that tracks all reservations made through your affiliate web sites. Cancellations that are made through our system will be recorded in your reporting statistics; however, cancellations, "no-shows" and re-bookings that are handled by the supplier will not be reflected. You can access your sales statistics for the current month or for previous months at anytime, and the amount of your participation commissions that have been earned and paid.

How are reservations that originate from my web site tracked and captured?
We use affiliate Identification Numbers that allow us to identify the source of any reservation transactions that are made. When your site is correctly linked to our search and booking engine pages, your Affiliate ID Number will be associated with any reservations made from visitors to your web sites.

How does a reservation turn into participation commission for me?
A visitor to your web site either clicks a link which brings the visitor to our web search and booking engine, or initiates a search using the search object placed in your page. The visitor books a hotel online via the internet through our system. The reservation made by the visitor is then completed when they show up at the hotel booked and pays for the lodging or other travel item. A reservation is not complete if the visitor fails to show-up or cancels, or the supplier of the travel product fails to report that visitor actually fulfilled the reservation. Once the reservation has been fulfilled, the supplier must pay the commission to us. After we collect our commission from the supplier, we will pay your participation commission to you.

Nearly every major hotel brand in the world connects to Pegasus, and this provides us with direct access to the hotels’ reservation systems and the best published rates available. Through these key relationships, we have eliminated the middle man and much of the distribution costs that other less attractive programs must incur.

Why can you provide the top Affiliate commission rate in the industry?

How often do I get paid?
You will be paid on the 15th of each month. Unlike other programs, we do not withhold your commissions if they fail to meet some arbitrary minimum dollar amount.

Is there a minimum booking amount needed before I can receive commissions?
No. We value your business, even if you generate limited bookings.

Are there any other fees or expenses that I should know about?
There are no hidden fees or costs that will suddenly appear after you sign up. All fees and charges are listed in the Linking and License Agreement. Certain charges apply relating to optional enhancement items such as interactive mapping usage, enhanced call center customer service usage and reservation system access processing charges. Unlike other web merchant programs that try to get you to pay money to them, in no circumstance will you owe any amount that exceeds what you earn in commissions. For basic transaction processing, a minimal fee of $1.50 applies for hotel and car bookings. In the case cruise and tour sales, which involve larger sales amounts, the processing fees are higher, but remain minimal on a relative basis (1% on a $1,000 sale). This transaction processing fee does not vary based on the number of rooms or nights booked under a reservation; the same low fixed processing fee applies.
